And so the scanning project continues. Today I worked on a roll that contained two of my favorite outdoor sports: fishing and shooting. We had the good fortune to have a black powder range about five miles from the house which included a trap range. My boys love to shoot and so do I. I always liked trap and skeet because it is fun watching the targets disintegrate when you get a good hit. Plus, with black powder, there is lots of smoke in addition to the noise. The only drawback is that you have to thoroughly wash the gun with soap and water before you oil it and put it away. This is a picture of David with one of our two 12 ga black powder shotguns. We had a great time every time we went out.
