We had a long day in Madrid. Ginny decided it was going to be an art museum day. Damn, it was a long day. We visited the Museo Sorolla in the morning. It was tolerable. His art seemed to have identifiable subjects. It was sort of interesting to see how he modulated the light in his studio. In the afternoon we went to Lazaro Galdiano Museum which had some interesting stuff. Unfortunately, this is where the crap started to creep in. There was a special exhibition of works by Bernardi Roig which consisted of certifiable crap. We finished off at the Royal Botanical Gardens which turned out to be nothing to write home about. Today's photo is of the entrance to the Museo Sorolla from a second story window.
