I had the honor of escorting the 1968 Washington County Dairy Princess on a tour of the Tillamook Cheese Factory today. We headed down this way with Karen and Paul. The factory is a favorite stop of ours because we can get cheese curds, unaged cheddar cheese. This is called squeaky cheese because it squeaks when you eat it. From here Paul and Karen headed back to Portland for their return to Houston and we headed back to the motorhome.
