We celebrated my birthday this evening. I cooked up a great meal of beer can chicken, roasted asparagus, mashed potatoes and cucumber salad. Ginny made a very delicious cheesecake with chocolate frosting. She makes great cheese cakes. Bloke, Mary Beth and Pat came over for the extravaganza. A good time was had by all. We ended up in the back yard stargazing. Mary Beth and Bloke know a lot about this stuff. I pulled out my spotting scope and we were able to see three of the moons of Jupiter. Life is good!
