We had a great time tonight. For Christmas, Rob and Laura gave us a gift certificate to a cooking class here in Houston at the Well Done Cooking Class. We had a great time. The theme was "An Evening in Tahiland." We prepared spring rolls, green Thai curry with roasted tofu and Asian eggplant, chicken satay with peanut dipping sauce and Thai coconut tapioca pudding with cayenne spiced mango. It was all very good, and we had a great time peparing the meal. Thanks again Rob and Laura for a great gift.
