There are tons of apples from the trees around the farmhouse. More than we could ever eat for sure. One of the ultimate disposal methods is to dry them. Ginny's dad has a cool slicer/peeler gadget which I got a real kick out of using. Ginny took the apples and placed them on drying grids then sprinkled them with a little cinnamon sugar. We put them in the dryer over night and in the morning we had a nice treat.
