Our last morning in the Galapagos featured a short walk on North Seymour Island which is very close to Baltra where we caught our return flight to Quito. This island is a large nesting area for the frigatebirds. It allowed us to catch the male bird showing off its red chest trying to attract females. This was an easy hike but we had lots of good photo opportunities. After this we headed back to the boat and prepared for the flight back. All in all, this Galapagos adventure was surely one of the coolest things we have ever done. It certainly lived up to my expectations, and I am glad we chose to spend a full two weeks there because there was never a shortage of things to see.
