We went to Punta Suarez on Espanola today. It was pretty cool. It is the only nesting area in the world for the Waved Albatros. We spent a bunch of time watching the behaviors at one of the nesting areas. It was fun. We then went to some cliffs where we could watch the birds flying back and forth. I was happy that we could shoot with the ocean as a background. Here is a waved albatros which was flying back and forth. These birds are really great looking in flight.

The sea is most definitely a better back ground than the sky.
I will never see an albatross flying, you are one lucky man.
