We had a real nice hike today. The weather was sunny and the critters were out in force. I get a chuckle out of this one. That critter is a hoary marmot. He had decided to take a few moments and enjoy the view of Hidden Lake. We did get a chance to see a grizzly bear romping in the water trying to catch fish. That was pretty cool.

We took our time on the hike because there was no hurry to get anywhere. Don't you just love it when every day is Saturday. We did have to do a bit more climbing than we would have liked, but that was only a minor annoyance considering the fun of the whole day.
