One of my favorite food preparation methods is grilling. I miss my nice grill back in Houston, but I do have a little one here in the motorhome. This afternoon I decided it was about time to use it for the first time this season. It does not heat very evenly, but you can get by. Tonight it was steaks. They were delicious. The Henry Weinhard's IPA was pretty good too. Life is good!
