This is the start of grilling a great fajita dinner. The peppers get grilled and the skin just falls off. The onions are in a perforated grill pan. They get nice and tasty on the grill. We grilled a couple flank steaks for the meat part. I made a couple salsas as well. David really likes my corn salsa. It was a great Mother's day feast.
