Another darn food picture. Today it was baby back ribs, which David and I have actually mastered. This batch was smoked for about three hours, then braised for a couple hours. Finally a trip back to the grill to apply barbecue sauce. Man these were good. The braising liquid makes really good gravy for the garlic and onion mashed potatoes. Also included was a corn casserole, David really likes corn, home meade beer bread and, of course, beer.
