David and I decided that we needed a nice breakfast today. So we got inventive. I am a firm believer in the utility of tater tots in cooking. We mixed up some tots, sausage and scrambled eggs and made a casserole. We put some cheese on the top at the end of the bake and put it under the broiler for a while. It was great!
