I decided to try making a pork shoulder, commonly called a Boston Butt, in the smoker. I put it on at midnight and it cooked for 16 hours. We invited Pat and Becca over. As usual, they brought some good things to eat. The meat turned out to be great. Even better was that the Packers beat the Bears and are now headed for the Super Bowl in two weeks.
