I saw this at the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum in Glasgow. I am told it is art. Somebody (apparently a Scot) commissioned this "work" probably using public money. The more I see "art" the more I get a feeling that most artists are accomplished hoodwinkers. And people on arts councils are accomplished hoodwinkees. Rembrandt is art, this is crap.

BTW - other than this and some other "art", Kelvingrove is a fine museum.
