For Easter I decided to cook some beer can chicken. The deal is that you plop the chicken on a half full can of beer while it is being cooked. I cooked the chickens low and slow and ended up with some really tasty and juicy chicken. Ginny liked it, and that is all that matters.

Rob - they were really good. I used some apple smoke and let them cook at 300-325. It took a little longer than I had figured, but it was worth it.
