Hey kids, what time is it? - It's Wine and Whine Time! Apparently Pat had a crappy day at the office. She seems to have those quite often. Anyway, she called in the afternoon and said she was in dire need of some serious wine and whine therapy. She even was going to bring the refreshments. Works for me. Anyway, she showed up with a bottle of wine, some frozen appetizers, Ritz crackers and cheese. Ginny, as head therapist for this session, immediately went to work. Well, immediately after having some wine and apetizers, that is. I was invited to the session. Pat and Giny are very nice to do that. I do, however, know my place when the estrogen gets over ankle deep. I bugged out for a while. In the interim, Giny produced a box of chocolate truffles and a nice gift for Pat. It was a pad of paper which had the phrase "I'm so happy here I could just sh&t" printed across the top. After a while I returned to the kitchen and the gals were sufficiently happy that they consented to a photo. The truth be known, I have never had a problem getting Ginny and her goofy friends to pose for a picture.

So Ginny and Pat had their therapy session. Apparently everybody benefitted from it, including me. I got some food and wine.

I got to thinking about Pat's job. I don't know anything about it, but it seems to frustrate her quite a bit. She gets into the "I need therapy" mode. That is too bad for her but great for me as long as it ends up in refreshments.
