Traveling in England can be "quaint" by American standards. As a matter of fact, a lot of England is "quaint." Quaint means "of marginal utility." On the other hand, there is one thing that isn't quaint at all. That is the London Underground. It works great (when they are not on stike). We tried to travel at times other than rush hour because it isn't crowded and it is cheaper. Getting around London is a snap on the underground. Well played, England.
