Does anyone know where Lawrence Falk is now, I would love to get in touch with him as he was a dear friend of my grandparents and mum

When was this picture taken? I worked between 1965 and 66 to Sloanes Street and Bond Street and search some old colleague. There was a Laurence but I'm not sure on the family name, and then Gloria "Burkley" administration which I would be hapy to get news. Any help would be fan.
