The biggest little library in town.

Pukehiki, Otago Peninsula. view map

Pukehiki sits high on the peninsula top road. Many tourists pass this tiny library on their way to Larnach Castle.
The Larnach Castle gardens are one of only five gardens nationwide to have been given the rating of "Garden of International Significance" by the New Zealand Gardens Trust.

There are still quite a few tiny libraries around in NZ. Some now are little museums, others are still in use... Your building looks very well looked after John - love these old style Kiwi-ana buildings

Agree with David, it may hold treasures. I used to work in the largest library in the world and in my opinion it's about quality, not quantity.

this library looks quite compact, yet perhaps well-stocked, like my favourite local bookshop..
