Kew Pagoda.

Ranelagh Drive.

This plate is inlet in the pavement near Richmond lock.
If you look along the line, you can see the top of the Pagoda 1.13 miles away in Kew Gardens.

Dave, I got a trifle distracted there, I never used the NTA figures, I went to Google Earth and their measuring system.
However I just found a major error in aforesaid measuring system so that distance might be revised. I hate innacurate data.

I put the distance in MILES Dave. Hopefully before the people in charge make it a criminal offence to use Imperial measurements. (I just love the word Imperial).
Did you know it is a criminal offence in England to sell fruit and vegetables in Pounds and ounces.
It is also a criminal offence to sell beer in Litres.
That gives you a good idea of the quality of our leadership.
Thats about as good as they get.
