Hello,

I wonder if anyone can help me please? My dad Robert Anderson-Smith (Smudge) was on the Arethusa from 1968-1972. I have tried to search for the Arethusa Old Boys Association on fb with no success. How do I find this group for my dad and do you have yearly reunions? If so where are they held?
Any info is welcomed.

Thank you

Jodie Anderson-Smith

Hi guys. Name was Mr Peter Bridger. Nephew of Wally Wallace the captain. My first teaching job after University teaching science and geography. Only lasted one year before the ship was sold to the Americans. Never even got my uniform. This was a great year... certainly gave the confidence to tackle any teaching job after that. Remember you all with great fondness. I'm still going - living and working in Papua New Guinea.
