Dave, I am researching this, so far I have, the bridge on the right was a temporary bridge. That wore out after many, many years, the bridge on the left is the new temporary bridge, which has been there for so long it is now wearing out. Discussions for the new permanent bridge are still taking place. A decision will be made in about 2 or 3 years time as to whether it will be built, or another temporary one.
Now you know why the first man on the moon was not an Englishman, (although he had a very old English name).
