I like its utter lack of pretentiousness. Also: that the artist created it for fun and enjoyment rather than to make money (very much like the efforts of most PBase subscribers). Such art can be seen now and then on beaches: driftwood and washed-up detritus are the materials.

It is low tech, and low cost.
