It's that white van.All your strange unexplained happenings seem to occur near to the white van.Whatever you do,do not go into the white van.Then you'll become "a white van man" and everyone knows they're nutters.

It looked like about 20% of the drops were going up, if they then came back down again I do not know. The rain was very intense for about two hours. When it stopped we were very wet and flooded.
