John, if you are in to fishing , you might like to know that the best Sea Bass in the world can be fished right here in the Solent next to the south side of the Nab tower.

No rocks here Dave, all we got is shingle beaches. Worst that can do is rub the paint off. A few years ago one of the Queen liners ran aground in the Solent not far from Portsmouth. The captain put it in reverse, drove off the bank and carried on with his journey.

Maybe they heard that the captain has a habit of piloting his ship too close to submerged rocks.
