Plywood it is Dave.
We also get "Marine" ply which is supposed to be waterproof.
But, not for extreme use like this.
I really cannot see this lovely little sailboat being restored, it has rotted past the point of no return.

Good title. The plywood up front appears to be de-laminating. In England do you call it "plywood" or something else?
