Green Lanes

Green lanes are Public By Ways, this means anyone can use them in any way they like, walking, cycling, driving vehicles. They are usually unmade, no tarmac. Can be very narrow, are very rough surfaces. It is very unwise to travel on them without a four wheel drive. The good part, you drive through absolutely beautiful countryside, with very few other people using it, on week days especially.
