What happened in Key West, stays in Ke really did happened. The 2009 Fantasy Fest was also the event's 30th anniversary. On a rarity, this week-long adults costume street party culminated on Halloween. The nightly parties on Duval Street had the biggest crowds I have seen in recent memory.
