02/04/2009 I identified this Neoneura about a year ago on the basis of a photo in dragonflies of the Yungas (garrison & von ellenrieder) and the thorax pattern in Lencioni (thinking it was easy ;-)). Today I worked in Naturalis with Marcel Wasscher and we had a look at specimens of both N. bilinearis and N. joana. Also we talked about the colours in the field. It turned out that bilinearis is greener, less blue. also, when I look at (what is visible of) the paraprocts in the first photo they look very long. This would fit N. joana better than N. bilinearis. Right now I don't know which species this is....
