Hi Joan,
I was so happy that I received your pendant in our auction at the Orlando Clay Fandango retreat! My luck wasn't as great on the second one I bid on, but thanks so much for your beautiful donations. You are one special lady.

Hi Joanie! Gabe here, the kaleidoscope guy. I've got a new scope group going on Yahoo. Called "kbkb" which stands for Kaleidoscope Builder's Knowledge Base. Drop by sometime if you get a chance. One of our group members just made a 3 inch scope from PMC! Very cute. I love your stuff. You just keep getting better and better. You go, girl!

Hi Joan,
I saw your wonderful website today and am wondering if you are the Joan that I met who expressed interest in Egg Art. I have been playing in clay and beads for some time now and would be interested in getting together sometime. Also, if you are teaching classes I am interested in finding out more about them. Thanks, Karen

Hi Joan - I enjoyed looking around your website. You do great work. I work for a company that supplies tools for card making (rubber stamps, paper, pens, etc.). We also carry a line of polymer clay canes. We sell them in sets (theme related). There are 4-5 canes per set.
We are looking for someone who might be interested in manufacturing a polymer clay cane product for us to include in our line. If this is something you are interested in - please let me know.
Thank you for your consideration.

Found a cool site with bug stamps. And lots of other cool stamps. You may know it, but it's new to me. And it's an Angel Stamp company.

Joanie!! My eyeballs just popped back into my head boiinggie!! I love your work, I can't pick my favorite one. You are fabulous and I love your gorgeous garden and doggies too. Okay, I think that the kalidescopes are my favorites, the one with the chameleons. And the eggs, and the fish and the etc..

Just finished looking at your wonderful galleries. The pieces on display are awesome, but the creative thought behind them is even more awesome. You definitely are not a one trick pony. The combination of methods in a single piece using techniques for wearable vessels (with interesting attachments for the cords with beautiful caning work and even more unique sculptural elements sends me!!! I would say keep up the good work, but like so many great artists, it looks like you can't help yourself; IT'S ALL GREAT!

Joan, I know you must hear over and over how good your work is (and if you don't, you certainly should!!) Love your expression of whimsy! Now to get down to the real purpose of my note to you. . . I work with your niece, Vicki, and she showed me your recent creation of "The Ring", knowing how I LOVE unusual rings. (I too am a craftswoman, but definitely do not fall in YOUR category!!) I asked Vic if she minded my contacting you and if you had a sense of humor, to which she responded,"No and YES!" Told her I wanted to write you and BEG for that ring. I don't generally connect with a piece - it's pretty, wonderfully made, a lovely piece, but about this ring - that ring looks like me!!!!!!! Please write me and let me know your thoughts. I know this ring is yours, but would you make one as close to like it for me?? P.S. your niece is so fabulous. . . happy to consider her a good friend. Barb

Hi Joan. I just wanted to say that you have some beautiful work here in your gallery... I started getting into polymer clay a few years ago, but didn't get too far. Now I just keep an eye out for outstanding artists. I really like your eggs and kaleidoscopes. Do you sell your creations anywhere?
Keep up the wonderful work!
