These items are covered with polymer clay. First I choose colors and condition the clay.
Then I use different techniques to form beautiful & complicated patterns which are
lovingly applied to the forms. Care must be taken to maintain the patterning. Once cured
the pieces go through at least six stages of hand sanding... {ouchie}... then are buffed to
a very high, natural, sheen on a buffer. I use no finish beyond the polished clay itself.
It's very labor intensive... but I just love the finished work so much!
