The only light, other than the moon was a neighbor's nightlight across the street (camera right) that tinted the front door area of the barn.

Wow, this is great, Jack. You are convincing me of the high quality of D300 results. Hmm, I could sell my D2x and have enough funds for a D300. :) But I love the D2x.
