That's horrible! You poor guy! Back in the film days, and the K1000. I had one of them, and lots of other Pentax models over the years.

I cut the end of my left index finger off in 2nd grade playing on some farm equipt. at a church picnic. So I sort of know how you feel, but mine was nowhere near that bad.
