Great photos John. I remember I used to visit your website quite often when I first started photography. Once in a while, I enjoy revisiting your galleries.

John, I view a few wedding slideshows, all of them are AWESOME & AMAZING!! As I'm a very picky, high expectation, & perfectionlist, so I really seldom to give complements and appreciations. But, you're professional in the quality of pics, slideshows, and services. Also, you can catch each couple's different expressions in different angles, which is I love the MOST....!! There are 2 couples Renee & Felix, Claudia & Jerome both make my tears drop from the bottom of my heart, so touching and sweet....

If I really have a big day in the future, I believe God will arrange a perfect match for me. At that moment, I need your help to be my wedding photographer. If not, God plans me to have a single life to serve HIM, then I referral you to all of my wedding friends =) Finally, I remember just a little parts on your website need to be improved, that will be PERFECT....!!

John, just want to let you know the slide show you did for Elaine & Vic's wedding. The pics and presentation looks amazing. You made us all look so gorgeous but what I love most is how you are able to capture the spirit of us rather than just the looks. Look forward to seeing the remaining of pics from the wedding. Thanks for the great work!

It's hard to put an adjective (or even several) to accurate depict your pictures. So I will just say what others have said. Good stuff!

Hello John,

I'm one of the editors at The Catholic Register working on a story about the ECCCLC. Mona Ma told me about your gallery.

I wonder whether I could get 10 to 15 of your images to use with the story. It's not that we would use all of them, but it's good to have a selection. There's some good stuff there, and I think it would really help to tell the story. It might even make the cover.

We pay $25 for each photograph.

We would need jpegs 5X7 at 300 dpi. We obviously can't use anything downloaded from a web site. The resolution isn't good enough. Perhaps you could email them to me.

On some of the indoor shots you might want to adjust the colour balance (I always use curves in Photoshop to do this). On all of them you will probably want to add sharpness. For newsprint publishing we usually use a little more sharpness than you would for a regular, glossy print. Use the unsharp mask in filters.

I'm hoping to have this story wrapped up by Friday. If you email me at mikes@catholicregister.org I can indicate some pictures which would suit our puposes. I would hope you might have a few favourites to suggest. If you could provide a little cutline information with them, (mostly names) that would be great.

Hello,

I am searching for a new lens and still doubting between the Tamron and Sigma. The Sigma has 4mm more wide angle and looks a lot better build. Although I've heard lots of times, this lens performances really bad at F2.8, very soft images I hear. What are your experiences on the F2.8 pictures??? Could you please mail me on this? Thx!!

Hey JL,

Though I don't live in Toronto (or even Canada), I belong to the group
through Meetup.com just for the heck of it. I post an occasional picture
there and check the message boards. Maybe one day I'll get to go to a
meeting up there. You never know...

Thanks for the comment on the "150 Ft Tower", which by the way, is in
San Diego, where I reside.

Have a good one!
Regards,
- Dan
