I am history teacher in Houston and would like to build a full size mockup of a ww1 french armored shield or creep tank for my class does anybody know where I can get plans or drawings of one?
I haven't seen this Museum in many years and brought back great memories of my visit here. I used to travel to Brussels every years for about 10 years and got to know lots of the museum and this was my favorite...has airplane.
I am a member of a team of Australian retired servicemen rebuilding a captured German WW1 Krupp 7,7cm feldkanone model 96 to place in front of our building, as a momorial to the Australians who lost their lives in Eorope during the war. Can you help me with any specifications, manuals or technical plans to assist with the work. The gun is very rusted and I need to know the operation of the breach before I apply pressure to break the rust. If you have any information it would be much appreciated. I have photos of the rebuilding and can give you serial numbers if they would help. Kind regards and have a happy new year. Ron Aumann. 107 Highfield Street, DURACK QLD 4077 AUSTRALIA.
