Gibraltar is a strange place. A British territory, it has a bit of a shady feel to it and is inhabited by some pretty strange characters. Its status as a tax haven, similar to Jersey or Isle of Man, makes it a gambling and banking center. And its location between Spain and North Africa has historically made it a convenient weigh station in the drug trade.
