The composite picture demonstrates what the camera sees - the colors are all over the map. If your camera offers "Manual White Balance" capability, use it whenever convenient (automatic white balance has a very hard time compensating for all the variations encountered in illuminants).
If your monitor's white point is set to approximately 6500 °K, the luminance (FtL) of each of the four central color squares are equal.
