Dodge 330

I did a little research on this car, but was unable to find its model year easily and it still remains unknown to me. I was entertained to learn, however, that this car was not produced for street use. Around this time, Chrysler's newly promoted president, William C. Newberg, in 1961, misinterpreted comments made by Chevrolet chief, Ed Cole, whom indicated that Chevrolet's largest cars would be downsized in 1962. The Custom 880 was a hurried reaction after Chrysler realized its consumer's weren't pleased with a downsizing of the cars of the day. I remember riding in my grandfather's Dodge Dart as a child, but don't recall major details of it other than the interior noise as very loud, and that my grandparents liked to listen to talk radio even louder.
