i like both versions. the composition is strong, so it carries well in both versions. i think the mood however varies with each. the b&w version being colder and ominous, and the color one being warmer and relaxed. the image is also quite sharp, the focus is good.

Love these colour (note Canadian spelling :o) ) versus black & white pages! I..pronounce the colour more attractive to my eye...although, I like them both ! :o)

I think this is a perfect example of "when shapes are the subject, black and white is the choice". Really good compositions, I have to vote for the black and white.
