Bison grazing in an early winter snow fall
The Hayden Valley in Yellowstone National Park is frequently filled with many bison involved in a wide variety of behaviors. In this photo, the bison are enjoying the valley grasses they can still access in October before the real winter sets in and makes survival far more challenging.
