Enjoyed your images on KOMO's website, went to your site, saw Nate Hettinga, I'm from Northshore Baptist, we shoot and enjoy much the same things (see www.wonderlightphotography.com), including Monte Dodge's site, sorry, I can't grow beard...not enough trees in the forest, catch you around sometime.

Just re-posted your pic of Chuckanut Valley on my fb page...a native of Camano Is., but moved to Albuquerque in '09....Have missed the NW terribly, and my visits home are never enough to quench that thirst for it! Thank you for sharing your amazing talent on-line...I will be an avid follower of your work and will share it whenever the opportunity arises...Stacy Moss

Jim, I found your galleries while cruising through the thumbnails of popular photos. Your photo just jumped off the page. Of course I voted for that photo and then later went to explore your galleries. I am so glad I did. You have a beautiful collection of work and I know I will come back here many times to view your photos, hoping to learn something and be inspired. Thanks for sharing the world through your eyes. Hey Jim,

we have been blessed for almost 10 years now by your Christmas cards you send that have your images on them...pretty much since I've known you. I've seen you take pictures and you can tell that when you have a camera in your hand you're always like a kid with a new toy. You can tell this is a passion for you and something God has gifted you with.

Seeing these images...okay, I haven't seen them all quite yet...but, I remember when you were just talking about starting to get all your images over to digital. I can't imagine the sense of accomplishment you must feel having them all scanned in.

Keep it up and now I have a place I can come and look at your pictures.

God bless you and Wendy my friend.

Eric

Jim:

I met you on Magnolia Blvd. when you were photographing the two bald eagles sitting in the tree. I did not have my camera with me and I am so happy you let me know how to view the eagles on your web site.

I have enjoyed looking at your photos. They are wonderful.

Thanks.

Good stuff! I especially liked the bears and Alaska in general. Would like to go there with my camera someday, especially the southeast as (as you may have noticed) I like maritime scenes. You've got some great opportunities for photos in your back yard, the mountains. I am always impressed with the Cascade peaks around Sultan. Regards! J. R.
