Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper Alberta and Glacier Montana

We just returned from a trip to Glacier Park, Montana, Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper. I have been adding to this gallery a little at a time. I have just added a couple black and white renditions as a experiment. Let me know what you think. Either positive or negative. Hope you enjoy. Feel free to comment. For digital these are very good. Wpi;d like to see prints made from a 8X10 negative. Yes, it really does make a difference! Chuck

Jim, I can see why you said you wouldn't upgrade the D100 just for colors. You did make out magic from the D100. Wonderful gallery!

I'd say these are quite a bit better than the "ok" shots you describe above! These are terrific and definitely worth voting for. I especially like the Edith Cavel shots. Banff is a fickle place weather-wise. I was there for 10 days and it rained on 7 of them! I never got a shot of Edith Cavel because of it. I think a return trip is in order. Thanks for the inspiration!
