2008-04-12 The South Carolina Native Plant Society's annual plant sale in Greenville, SC. The day promised rain, but for the opening, at 9:00 am, it was just cool and overcast. Thanks to the team of volunteers who worked tirelessly for weeks and months ahead to make the sale run smoothly. Many dealers were selling plants of all kinds from garden perennials to carnivorous plants. A portion of the sales goes to the SCNPS for conservation programs. The crowd was large, and it was filled with eager buyers waiting anxiously to load their cars with purchases.
