Message from Wong Jia Wang I've been interested in photography since I was about 12 years old... Used to follow my uncle on some of his shooting trips... He was using a Nikon manual camera back then... not sure what model it was, but my introduction to the SLR started then... I couldn't understand the relationship between shutter speed and aperture size, but I knew that I could compose a picture well... When his interest in photography faded, I lost the opportunities to shoot... Couldn't afford to buy a camera until I started working... I bought my first SLR (Canon EOS IX) in 1999... Didn't look back since... Upgraded to the EOS 30 a year later, then the EOS 300D in April 2004...
