McNeil River Brown Bear Sanctuary - 2008

McNeil River Game Sanctuary is located in south-central Alaska and is home to one of the highest concentrations of brown bear in the world. Access to the sanctuary is limted to 200 vistors a year. These photos are from a recent trip where volunteers helped Fish & Game personel prepare for the upcoming summer of 2008.
