My first venture into the world of Digital Photography was also in 2003. The camera was a FujiFilm FinePix S602 Zoom... I have never looked back
Lovely to see your archive pictures John.

A beautiful composition with the weir and old building. I also quite like the church in the background. Pretty excellent work for your first digital camera! V.

Great result with the old camera. Very well composed. I see "people" with D800's and 5D's not get results like this, which proves it's not about the gear, but about the photographer. "V"

It has stood the test of time. I've not seen this view of the weir before.

you could have got away without confessing; a dull day, but a pretty good image...all that practice on film
