Painted Hills
The morning light was really lighting this particular hill up. Mostly b/c at this vantage point, the sun was behind me. I had to go out towards the entrance to the park to get some other hills shot.

Follow this footpath and you can get up close to the Painted Hills. A great place to take some abstract shots.

At the top of a Hill
It was so gorgeous at the Columbia River Gorge. Went up Dallas Mountain Road and hiked down into a field. What a gorgeous day!

One Tear
Went shooting at a local nursery. Alot of it was indoors, which was good, as this time of year we get too much wind to shoot macro outdoors.

Hello World!
This adorable baby is in the wild. A land owner gave us permission to come onto his property to shoot it. We both had long lenses so we could keep plenty of distance from the baby. Another sibling was farther down in another tree, already out of the nest. Mom and dad were close by...way up in the tree, but keeping a close eye on us I'm very sure.

Simplicity
I'm rather proud of this simple flower because normally I cannot shoot the color red very well. For some reason, I lose all detail. So today, I was surprised to see something have detail. :)
