Back to the zoo. I went to the Phila. Zoo to ckeck out their new big cat exhibit. The architech should be drawn and quartered!!! Not only is it bad for photographers it is also bad for just viewing the animals. They installed chain-link fences in a manner that you can't get close enough to make the fence disappear and the glass for the majority is flat. You can't see the animals without looking at everyones reflection let alone photograph through it. And the original lion house has been redone with large screen TVs. Just what I want to go to the zoo for -- to watch animals on TV. In my humble opinion it was a big waste of money, 20 million dollars, that could have been better spent elsewhere!!!
