Old Tucson located west of Tucson Arizona in the Tucson Mountain Park has been home to over 300 film and television productions since 1939. Classic Western films include Rio Bravo, The Outlaw Josey Wales, Tombstone and Three Amigos featuring movie legends like John Wayne, Clint Eastwood and Elizabeth Taylor.
Today, along with its ongoing studio work, the site serves as a movie museum and theme park offering stagecoach and train rides and putting on campy saloon shows. Two of the most popular attractions are the stunt demonstrations and the twice daily gunfights staged on the streets of Old Tucson.
